Can you get EXEcFTP up and running? If so that is the easiest way of editing and tracking down the directories that the ELFs are in. But I would suggest switching to Launch Elf. It is much more powerful. And easier to configure. Not as pretty and has the option to destroy everything (if you don't know what you're doing). But it is better.

So it KL on your MC? Do you have any other programs on the MC? How did you get the files onto the MC? If you're using a CD boot method you should put Launch Elf on the CD. Even when KL is ran from the CD you have to have the KL.DAT file in the BADATA-SYSTEM directory on the MC.
