Posted on Mar 04, 2010. I am assuming that you want to disable the system temporarily by putting it in valet mode. You will need to locate the valet button; they are usually installed under the dash within reach of the driver. The button should be black and about 1/2' in diameter.
Pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds while the alarm is disarmed will put the system into valet mode. The system will turn the LED light on steady and chirp the siren to indicate that valet mode has been activated. To exit valet mode, press and release the button.
