I have some PSX games. I will take a looksey and see what I can come up with. One thing I notice is that your ISO has two file extentions Tomba2.img.ecm (what this meas is you really have a.IMG file that you probably tried to rename to.ECM Which could explain why you are having issues. More than likly if ECM is the format it needs to be in to run the patch you will probably have to mount the ISO and rip it to the correct format.
